Suicide rates in Ohio.

The national average for teenage suicide has gone down, BUT (and there is always a but) in Ohio the rates have skyrocketed. Why Ohio, I heard that it's a pretty decent place. Maybe their school systems sucks. Or, maybe they are all just drama queens/kings. I'm not sure.
