 Everything Relates
So here I am, sitting at home and once again searching for the soundtrack of my life. Well at least the soundtrack of my life at this moment. Have you ever down that? Had a day or a moment that brings to mind a particular song or artist? Searched it out and listened to it until your life makesa little mre sense because you know that someone else had that moment? For me its about more then a moment. For me music can become the defintion of where I am, who I am and who I want to be. If I could write Id have millions of songs by now. Not just about love and heartbreak, not just about loss or forgiveness. But music that clarifies and examines who we are as people, individuals and a group. And for every person its different. There so many factors that go into defining a moment. and they change for every person. So like the song says, "I bet you think this song is about you" sometimes it is. Sometimes its the ladder we climb, sometimes its the punching bag we don't own, sometimes its a message to ourselves and anyone listening.

I'm so with you on this. Music speaks to us, whispers personal secrets meant solely for us at that moment... I ever think that when the pupil is ready the teacher appears...sometimes the teacher arrives in song form.
