Okay, so I weighed in yesterday and...
I lost .8 of a pound, almost a pound, that brings the total weight loss up to 7.4 pounds. I'm feeling pretty darn good.
I want to bring attention to myself that I notice an area where I seem to have a problem If I eat a propre portion I don't feel hungry afterwards, I'm doing quite well in that area, but... When I let myself have a treat I seem to go overboard, thinking that I want lots of it, like french fries or pizza, I need to really watch myself in this area, it hasn't caused problems because I have only indulged a few times over the few weeks and have been really watching it otherwise, but it's good o know where my pitfalls are. |
