Turning point (cont.)
Just to finish it up, Nathan said that he really wanted to get past this and then we'd be even more stellar, he said that if he needed to go to couseling with me that he would. We had a little problem with that earlier, I went to a counselor once, just once, told her some of the problems that we were having, she pressured me into bringing him to the next session, he was not happy about this, he accused me of some sort of sabotage, we didn't end up going back, it really scared me. It helps a lot knowing that he wants to make the effort, that he thinks that I, that we are worth it. I need to totally work on myself right now, though, maybe he won't even have to be involved, maybe.

I would involve him so he knows how you feel. Double check with the counselor.

Just be honest with him...tell him how much you need and want him there for and with you.
