Well, I do love hummus, haven't had the chick peas in too many other arenas, but I'm working on it, I'm really trying to get as much variety as possible so that I don't get bored, that's often tyhe downfall of this type of lifestyle change.

You have a another good point, hey, I'm sure that this dude Jesus existed, but that pretty much means diddly-squat, I'm sure that he was a totally tubular guy, but that doesn't mean that all the other stuff happened as well, just because a number of things that happened in the bible may be legit,...

Wow, saying that it must be just a phase, that would pretty much cement the ignorance on their part, but hey, I'm sure that this is a new one for them, but just go at your own pace and only do what is comfortable you, no matter what you have to be true to yourself, everyone else comes after that!

You know, you are right, it is about loving ourselves, and not about our physical beings, I mean, of course I'm not happy with my body, I can tell myself that I can physically change that and actually see it, but I'm not happy with my inner self either, but it's harder to prove to yourself that...
