I wish I had a best friend. Someone I could hang with, talk girl talk with, someone that could appreciate all the girly things I want to do but still have a morbid enough sense of humor to make things fun.
Blah.
I went to my baby sitter's baby shower today. I knew only a couple of people there. But the ones that threw it for her were her best friends. It made me realize how I missed female friendship, and it made me feel alone.
I haven't had a best friend since elementary school probably. I didn't realize until recently that it was true. I wish I had a friend to be close to, so close I could share everything with ... a sister almost.
*sigh* Yeah. Right. Lol.
I think I'm just freaking hormonal lol.

Hormonal or not, you are right, we all need a best friend. I have had my best friend for the last 25 yrs. Where would I be without her? She is my sister, and she doesn't judge me (even when I do really stupid stuff). Good luck in your search for your BBF, and we are here for when you need to vent! Women draw power from other women don't give up. GIRL POWER!

Tex, thanks. For a few minutes there, I thought my estrogen level was too high or something lol. I'll keep looking. :)
