We are now on day number 11, and still no seizures! She is doing
well at school, and we are staying super busy as always! I have
been emailing back and forth with her teacher, and she thinks that
Natalie is right on track with where she needs to be at the begining of
the first grade. She did notice, however, that Natalie
has problems in the speech area, just with
a couple of her sounds. She says sawl instead of saw, and
when trying to spell saw, she spells it s-o-l, because that is how she
hears it. She is also having problems articulating sometimes,
which is more than likely caused by her meds. We are going to
schedule a speech evaluation.
