I am grateful to have someone in my life that i can honestly confide in and never feel worried that she will ever turn her back on me, or dislike the choices i have made and continue to make, and that she will never leave me stranded alone in my world, because she knows that without me in hers, I will not be complete, nor would she. This is not some best friend forever (like in 7th grade) B.S., this is that genuine kind of love, that precious kind of feel, that allows us to see one another as each others pride and joy. I call her my "girl". She is. I'll call her up at work, all i'll say is "girl" and she would respond to not any other name, because she knows that that is what she is to me....MY GIRL! She calls me booskie (dont know why the hell she calls me that or the significance to it, but i still respond to it). We dont have te typical relationship that these two types of people should have with one another. Its more of a sister to sister relationship. And even when i need her to be that parent in my life, and she ends up being my sister, it's easier for me to relate to her on a one on one basis. Everyday...we laugh, we cry, we joke, we make fun of each other, we play, we kiss, we lay, we lounge, we watch King of Queens, and listen to music, we dance, we take joy rides, we people watch, and we will never leave each other for anything or anybody!
