This is beautiful. It reminds me of many of the Psalms of David, as in Psalm 23, "yea tho I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil for thou art with me..."
Thank you for visiting my blog and bookmarking it. I would love it if you posted more of your testimony of how you came to know the Lord. Do you really live in China? The internet is still an amazing thing to me. I praise the Lord for the opportunity to share God's Word in this way. |

| Thanks for you comment, sharetheword. I come from China and finished college in the US but had to come back after my first semester of graduate school due to stress of study/life. I'm currently on medication for anxiety/depression, and Lord willing I recovery and return to the States next spring. I trust that the Lord will still use me for His glory while I'm in China this year. Please pray for His will to be done in me. Thank you! |

It may be that God has allowed this because He does intend to use you in China. I have read some of the info on the churches in your area and it makes me more sensitive to pray for the believers there. Somehow coming in contact with a believer from that city makes it all more real to me.
Dear Lord, I pray for Mike that you will calm his heart and give him peace that he is in your perfect will. Nothing happens by accident to your children. In Jesus name, Amen |

| The center of the earthquake is 92 KM from my city Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan. Chengdu felt quite strong impact but damages and fatalities are not nearly as bad as other cities/villages. My family is all well. I'm posting a prayer request letter. I'd really appreciate it if you can forward it those who would like to join in the prayer. Thanks! |
