I smell bullshit!!

My scale told me I was up 6.5 lbs today!!!! Grrr. I know yesterday's menu was not as balanced as it should have been, but jesus- I am working my ass off!! I've cut my daily caloric intake by at least 1000 calories per day according to several sites.  I've exercised at least 4 days per week if not 6.  And not just a 20 min walk- 20 min or more of intense intervals, and 50 minutes of intense weights.  Some days I've been doing almost 2 hours of exercise!!! WTF?!?!

BULLSHIT BULLSHIT BULLSHIT!!!!!!

Ok, well, after having a pity party for breakfast, I'm going to get my act in gear.  If I have to work harder, then damnit I'll work harder. 

Today's plan:  weights+35 min bike ride when fiance comes home (no gym today- gym was closed)

Food journal:
Breakfast:  Coffee with 2 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp ff half and half= 40, one egg 70, three slices back bacon (leaner) 80 calories, 1/2 cup cabot supersharp cheddar 220
=410 calories
Snack: Combos
=240
Lunch: Salad with lowfat dressing and crystal light
=80 calories
Snack: Snack wrap
=330 calories

Dinner: pizza
=640
Snack: (soo hungry after the bikeride!) Jerky
=150 calories
Dessert: Peach gummy rings
=140
