| Day 17 |
I am so sore today!! I busted my butt in the gym and now I'm like OMFG I can't move my arms!
Also, I am pretty sure i have poison ivy- I've never had it but I'm itchy all over the place- I don't like it!!
I have to go to work- let me just vent a minute... My boss is always telling me how she's soooooo busy (which is true), but she'll ask me to come in to the studio to help her out, but then makes it sound like me coming in is a huge inconvenience for her. It kinda drives me mental. She'll do stuff like change the time on me the last minute or cancel at the last minute. I really like her as a person (so much so that she's invited to my wedding) but as a boss she drives me mental. Then she lectured me on the phone yesterday about us not "chit chatting too much" (even though she keeps me on the phone with her sometimes 2 hours at a time while she kvetches about her divorce and the kid and her new boyfriend and orchids and.... blah blah blah. and mind you I'm not getting paid for this). Ack, i just needed to vent. Chin up so I can have a decent work day :)
Plan for today: I think no cardio today (unless I go for a bike ride with my fiance) but a strength training session on my lower body.
Menu:
1/2 c yogurt 120, 4 tbsp granola 50, handful of blueberries 20
=290
Lunch: Ciabatta 400, Cabot cheese 200 and 2 slices ham 50
=650
Snack: Clif bar
=270
Dinner: Chicken breast 142, mozz. cheese 90, pasta 300, sauce 90
=622
Snack: pasta 150 and sauce 90
=240
2072 calories total.
