If you are reading this you are considering a Test shoot with me. Thank you for that. I
have made this blog to provide answers to common questions.
I am African American so models who have reservations working with Black men might want to avoid me.
Sadly, I no longer own a car so I will need to ride to locations with models or I may rent a car but in many cases I
may need to ride with the models. I do not work from a fancy studio. Many times we may meet and or shoot at my
home.
1. So why no escorts? Beside being a bit of a distraction this shoot is for you.
Many times I have other models or make-up artists working with us and things can get
crowded pretty fast. Friends or parents are welcome to drop you off, meet me and
return later to pick you up.
2. How many photos do, I get? I provide a CD of selected images that I use Photoshop or
a editing program on. The disk has a minimum of 15 or more images. They are not
watermarked. You are free to do what you like with them.
3. So why can't, I have every photo? Editing and working on your images takes time. I want
to insure that, I give each model photos she/he may like and that I can take pride in giving.
This disk can be picked up. Usually in a week. If mailed, you must pay for postage.
Be aware that you have 30 days after email notification to retrive the CD.
4. Do I pay models? It depends on the models overall look but, I do ask that all
models do a short meet/greet Test shoot. This is UNPAID. I do NOT provide a make-up
artist for that first shoot. There are NO travel expenses offered unless stated.
5. So what do I do with the photos? I post them on various websites like:
www.modelmayhem.com. By shooting you are allowing me full rights to post or
sell images we produce. While, I don't sell to adult web sites. I do try to market my
work. If this is something you do NOT want to have done then, please let me know.
6. What should, I expect at the shoot? This is about having fun! Come with two to
three hours to shoot. Arrive with several dresses or gowns. Come on time and
call to confirm.
Last: Don't confirm a day that you really can't come. Respect my time and those
who might work with us.
