| AHOY MATEY! SURGERY ON THE HORIZON!

So, My "wisdom" teeth are coming in. Or, they have been for a while.
I thought they were going to be fine. I put off going to get them checked out.
I have an anxiety disorder where i have panic attacks in uncomfortable situations.
Lately, my throat has been getting a little swollen.
A little is an understatement.
Yesterday, I had a panic attack on the way home from work. It takes me a half an hour to get home.
The reason for it was that my throat was so swollen that it felt like someone was choking me.
Somehow I managed to get home.
When my wife got home, she was really worried.
This morning, she set up an appointment with an oral surgeon.
Oral surgery sounds hot, but it isnt.
Needles freak me out.
I dont want to have to get an IV. Let alone get bones cut out of my head.

Sorry about the teeth issue - I had mine out - it wasn't bad at all. In fact, they gave me Darvoset for pain and it made me feel really good. As for the IV - chances are good that worrying about it is going to be way worse than actually getting one. It will hurt just for a second - then it will be okay. It sounds like your wife will be a good nurse to you and baby you for a while. That's good.

I had mine taken out last year. If I would've had someone living with me to baby me and all that fun stuff, it wouldn't have been that bad. But you got a wife there to help you out and for you to complain to so you should be good. Lol.
