I drank until I was strong enough, (or fed up enough) to deal with my problems. Since I dealt with my problems, (read incorrect thought patterns) I haven't needed to drink! Sober about 3 years now!

Yes, annavictoria, so much of what you speak of I have experienced myself, and it is those unconcious associations that can control us utterly until we uncover them and debunk them. A true Zen Master will teach you that it is not necessary to DO anything about your problems, but to just SEE....

You are right balderdash, I plan to adress this problem in the next post. I encountered this weakness, and it took me some time to find a way around it. It was amazingly simple when I did!
