Can't pay out-of-pocket nor meet the criterion to get federal aids? Want to study abroad but can't find any legitimate lenders to pay your tuition and fees?
No worries--The Foundation Center is a great resource for educational support--scholarships, fellowships, loans, and tremendous sources of education, funding as well as other useful tools. As an Individual Grantseekers, I find this center very useful to find grants, scholarships, and loans that would support my tuition and fees as well as other educational expanses. As I couldn't find any other resources that were helpful to studying abroad, a friend of mine suggested to go to one of the foundation center's locations to subscribe to their database for free. The online site is also helpful but limited to database access. Searching in the site itself can save great amount of time, though, and you would have an idea for particular grants, scholarships, or loans you're looking for that would fit your areas of interests. The site also offers free training courses that can be accessed either directly through the site at www.foundationcenter.org or once you've subscribed to their database.
