So things are getting kind of hard lately. My mom doesnt like my boyfriend, I started smoking again, I am kind of having a pregnancy scare. I am not ready for a kid, at all. I am very scared. I think I will go and do a pregnancy test tomorrow. My boyfriend might be going to jail on the 23rd which will be very hard if I am pregnant. I'm not sure if I should keep it or not. I wouldnt be able to do that on my own there is alot of people who will help me out.. but im just not ready for it you know. I dont know what to do anymore.. If he goes to jail im gonna fall apart.. I miss him as it is, but jail.. for 6 months would just kill me. I love him so much.. gahh.. i dont know what to do.

well first off I think you should have and keep the baby if you are prego. If you're old enough to drop your pants and spread your legs, then your old enough to take on the responsibility of becoming a mother. You have known all along that parent-hood is something you're not ready to deal with, so why not have him wrap his tool. I know that doesn't liminate pregnancy completely but its helps. You you're self said you have people who would help you out. My sister was 14 when she had her first child, and do you think she was ready for that responsibility.. no. But she sucked it up and she's the best damn mother I've ever seen at such a young age. She is now 19 and has 3 kids and still graduated from highschool. So it is not impossible, all it comes down to is growing up and givng up the life you once had to bring another life into this world.

Don't worry if you are pregnant. You have to think about the consequences of either path, be it abortion or keeping it. Don't forget, there's always a third one too. Adoption. By the way, take the test first thing in the morning, they're more accurate then.
Don't let people make you feel bad though. You do need to find out though, and soon. All fetuses have a heartbeat after about the 6th week that can be heard by dopplers so, if you do decide to have an abortion then you need to do it asap. Maybe this baby will be the thing that keeps your boyfriend out of trouble once he gets out of jail if he winds up going on the 23rd.
Being pregnant isn't that scary. I'm pregnant and its kind of fun. My husband's going to be gone until the day before I'm due and I'm handling things just fine. You'd be surprised how easily the "Mommy instincts" kick in.
