| I Think We Have a Winner...

For the first time in my life, I have gotten offered a job right off the bat...no reference checks...I just walked in to inquire and in minutes they had me watching one of the oh so highly entertaining welcome videos...lol. It is a house maid service...one that pays very decent I might add. This is a whole new realm of employment for me and I hope it works out. I actually love to clean things...especially if it's not my house..lol. It's so weird, but I have always been like that. At work I am so organized and detailed...and in my personal life I'm the queen of blissful clutter and chaos. It just doesn't bother me if the Sunday paper stays on floor next to the recliner all week or that the toilet paper is sitting on the counter a mere 3 inches from the empty roller. But, when I am working for someone else, you would think I'm obsessive compulsive. Otherwise, today my boyfriend and I went to his brother's house to put the finishing touches on a computer stand that we built. A couple of weeks ago I awoke to my boyfriend sketching and saying he had the greatest idea...it is a desk designed to use while sitting in the recliner. Yes, we are in ways the epitome of nerdiness...lol. |

I feel the same way you do. I watch that show "How Dirty Is Your House?" and it motivates me to clean... at last for a minute, THEN reality hits. Well, congrats on your new job! P.S. hehe an orginiztional commercial just came on TV, irony?
