i actually had a car accident not long ago, it wasnt as dramatic thank god, but you know the moments after everything settles and you think back and think, oh god what if?.. i think i went from there and it ended up taking a life of its own

it depends on the situation, lie is a lie but some lies are intent for hurt while others are to save one self or another from hurt, niether is the cause but rather a human instinct to do so.. with you appraoching this circumstance, it depends what it is, and how you found out, but if its a lie...

Ive read similar pieces along the lines of what i wrote, but nothing ever justified what i wanted to express, but eventually i got back to writing and i came up with this piece.
