Over the last few months,
I've gotten involved with the local mall scene.
This causes a lot of drama in my life because no one seems to like one another much.
To get along and fit in with my new friends I'd join in on the trash talk of their
current victim, Even if it were my friend.
I was two-faced.
Told one person one thing, and someone else another.
I'm not a hater.
No matter what a person does to me,
I can not hold a grudge,
but people encouraged me,
and I listened because I wanted to be accepted.
I lost myself.
Yesterday I was talking to Ashley,
Who absolutely despises me now since our breakup.
She bombarded me with insults and put-downs but out of it all, I found one truth.
I'd changed.
When I heard that,
I broke down and thought really hard on what it was that was wrong with me.
I realized that I needed to stop listening to other people and be true to myself.
Have my own set of likes and dislikes and not let anyone else's oppinions effect that.
I need to be Michael Austin Birringer.
Not what the Crowd wants me to be.
Now that I've seen that, I've reverted and changed back to my old self.
Now let's see if I can earn back my friends.

In other news,
Prom night is Saturday.
Unlike most, I'm having two dates.
Katie and Angela and I are going.
We're friends of right now,
but I dunno,
Katie's a cutie.
Anyway,
Today we're going to go dress shopping for Katie,
and hang out at the mall.
After Prom,
I'm staying over at her house with Angela.
This should be fun.
C'mon, No dirty thoughts.
Haha!
But I have an exciting weekend ahead of me.
