I am 36 years old. Physically, there are days I feel like I am 60. Mentally I feel about 16. Which is about 10 years younger than I felt last year at this time. Hmmm... I guess age really is a state of mind. It has finally occurred to me that I am this Spirit, a beautiful, wonderful Spirit, a small extention of something so much bigger and grander than I can even comprehend. A Spirit living inside this human body, with a human mind. Yes I am human, experiencing human feelings, thought, sensations... but it is all so much more intense now that I have become aware of who I am and what I am connected to. Everyone and everything. Amazing.
