Tired but Thankful on 2008-01-31 18:36:46 |

Bright, clear healing energy being winged from the Light as I write.
Archangel Michael hear my plea
take up thy sword and stand with me
protect these two, this family
and grant them Peace eternally.

Have a stroll through nature, breathe the air and get your bare feet on the ground. Thumb through a book from a shelf you'd normally pass by and... this is the one I love best.. drive for an hour letting your intuition tell you which way to turn instead of following set routes or maps. Chances are you'll make some discoveries along the way ;-) Of course... take map for getting home again! lol

I'm finding my feet day by day here, people have been very welcoming and, although I'm not getting many hits here, I'm happy enough. I've put my link on my posts anyway. :-) xx

Maybe I'll get the courage to put it up on the community forum tonight. :-D

Darkness Dies; Light Lasts! on 2008-01-26 19:40:17 |

Great post! Having had a recent encounter with a darkened soul, I fully agree that it's hard to keep focused. But holding your Light high will always illuminate the way and allow others to see. All you need is a candle, a couple of flints and a tolerance to hot wax running down your arm.

A positive energy is what brought me to this site just a couple of weeks ago (is that all it is??!)... despite there clearly being a difficulty, it didn't affect the overall energy, which is loving, welcoming and positive :-)
Although I'm new to blogging, I am no newcomer to forums, having moderated a football fans forum with my husband for nearly 2 years. Let me tell you itgot pretty harshn there from time to time, and I think we were seen as the voices of reason!
Yes, a writing style has an indelible signature... try as they might, there'll always be a Freudian slip somewhere ;-)
At least making it clear from the start that you're aware of multiple accounts will help towardheir eradication and/or proper use.
Lre sies such as this do tend to attract people who like to speak in 'absolutes', but if we all take step back (and if I take my own advice sometimes!) we will see the bigger picture and understand the context of that post or poster's standpoint.
Great post Marie, and much needed imho.
Hugs, Merlyn xxx

A great post! We live on the site of an old farmhouse... and we have some fascinating activity here... not least in the corner of our bedroom, as my blog photos show!
My husband is what he'd term 'very earth'... the ley hunts and can feel the lower vibrations better than I can.. we're both sides of the same coin. lol

Do you see what I see? on 2008-01-22 18:20:29 |

It was interesting to read this, scotslad. My parents tried hard to beat the 'devil' out of me, even threatening to have me exorcised at one point, at the behest of the local vicar... for what? Seeing angels in the church. Words fail me, they really do.

Then it'd be The Truman Show! lol
Seriously though, I tend to go with the feeling that it's 'all so many truths'.... ;-)

Advice for the Kids. on 2008-01-19 10:42:31 |

I've seen this before somewhere scotslad. It's certainly lost none of it's power and impact. I have two lads, one 13 and the other 16. they are gentle souls who wouldn't hurt anyone, but in protecting a friend one day my eldest was beaten up in our local town. Th next day he'd changed from a beautifully trusting chap into a bitter and untrusting lad who makes huge efforts to cover his feelings and behave as before, but something precious was lost that day. I guess it was akin to a rite of passage from innocence to wisdom. It's painful for a mother to watch, but it did make him more cautious about the world we live in.
