It's good and I like it, well done. If I may suggest though, spend more time within the dialogue to develop the scene, help the reader understand more about what the mood or tone is. Don't be shy to use more metaphores and similies to embelish a scene. That will help the reader get a scense of...

Actaully, I'd worry that folk who have cosmetic surgery done are potentially quite shallow and I find it a turn off. It's no indication to the heart of the person. However if it's what they want to do, who am I to argue. Oh welcome to thoughts by the way, feel free to read some of my pointless...
