| What do you do, with a B.A. in English?

Gotta love that Avenue Q...
But seriously... what do you do? I'm an english major, religious studies minor, going to add a spanish minor as well. But what am I going to do with all that? The enlgish major, really, I'm not too worried about. I'll probably end up teaching, and I think I'm good with that. But the religious studies minor... I don't know anymore why I'm doing that. It's something I want to study, but I don't know why. What am I going to do with it? (Probably nothing... what CAN I do with it?) I'm just interested... and I'm not paying my tuition (thankyou scholarships), so I figured why not? But should I be minoring in something else, something I'll actually use? |

Study what you want for your minor. I studied something that interested me, and I don't regret it one bit. (I regret my major a little bit...because it's not very practical.) But especially if you're not paying tuition (I wasn't either)....study as much as you want and can handle. I wish I had taken even more classes to learn more things.
