I'm a freshman at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln-Go Huskers! *And yea, I realize our football team was flat out awful this year, but we're workin on it, ok!?* I'm an english  major with a couple ideas for my future, but really I'm fairly clueless.
I'm a member of Phi Mu sorority (ok, technically 'fraternity' since the organization is old as dirt and the word 'sorority' hadn't been coined yet, but whatev... what girl wants to say she belongs to a fraternity?). I have the assistant philanthropy office and am hoping for a spot on the sisterhood development committee once the new semester starts, but I'll have to wait and see how that works out.
I'm originally from Iowa. I don't like corn. Ironic, no?
I'm addicted to caffeine. No joke. Massive headaches after only a day without. In the way of soda, I drink only diet coke, and I could down cappuchinos all day, no problem.
I love music. I couldn't live without it. Seriously... take music away from me for a day and see if I don't hunt you down with a kitchen knife by five o'clock. I'll listen to almost anything...most people peg me as a country girl, and I do love country music, but there's so much more out there, too! Jazz, pop, punk, rock, show tunes, hip-hop... I like all of it. The only thing I really can't stand is rap. Ick. 
I like to take pictures. Lots and lots of pictures. I also like to scrapbook those pictures, but that's insanely expensive, so I don't get to do it very often. Sad day.
If I could do anything with my life, I would travel. Travel and write. An online blog about my world travels? Yea, that sounds amazing. Too bad I'm dirt broke, living in a dorm room in the midwest and struggling to stay awake in my Shakespeare class. Life happens...
