     So last week I get home and pack up my laundry to head to the laundry mat. It is conviently located next to my favorite bar so I can have dinner and a drink while doing the horrific choir of washing clothes.
      As I am about to take a sip of my cherished woodchuck cider my cell phone starts ringing....UGH!!!!
    This girl I know....W was a friend of mine. I mean we talk occasionally but I keep her at a distance. I caught her in a few lies and drama....just really dont need it in my life. Well she sounded upset and wanted to know what I was up to so I told her that I was sitting at the tavern waiting for my laundry. She insisted upon stopping by cause she needed to talk.
     So gets there and I asked her what she wanted so I caould buy her a beer. She said no thanks I will just have a sprite....I looked at her a little funny then instantly realized what her news was.............SHE IS PREGNANT

Now here is the kicker.....she has been seeing this guy she works with since october and he swore up and down her was in the process of leaving his wife because he was so unhappy. He tells W that he loves her all the time. He stays at her place 3 nights a week and goes home to his wife and 3 kids the rest of the week. WHAT THE FUCK ARE THESE PEOPLE THINKING.

W doesnt know what she wants to do with the baby...she knows that he will never leave his wife. He is more worried about his wife finding out than about this girls health and well being.

Why do people cheat though? I cant understand it. I feel bad in this case for the kids. Whether its the one that W is possibly having or the 3 that are waiting for their dad to come home for dinner.

My stress level really cant take much more of the drama.......I have no patience for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then W said something that floored me...If she keeps this baby she is going to need child support. Which is understandable. But just to get back at him she will not tell him she is going to take him to court for it.... she wants to ruin his life... WHAT!?!?!? Its already messed up pretty good if he is cheating and lying. But she wants to make sure that his wife takes him for all he is worth.

For the love of god what is she thinking....nothing like making a bad situation worse right?

Why is there even a notion in this girls head that sleeping with a married man is ok? I grew up to believe that meant something....RIGHT?

I feel ya Maura... I found out after my divorce was final that my ex-husband had a girlfriend the whole time we were married. He later told me that the reason he could not marry her was because she was divorced and Catholic and could not get married in the church. He married me because he needed to have someone at company social events since he was a VP for a large company.

I dont know why people do the things they do, all I can do is keep my life in order and live by my moral code. Which DEFINITELY does not involve sleeping with married/attached men.

Good grief...I feel terrible for the baby. Unfortunately, we can't choose our parents. I'm with you kiddo...what the hell are they thinking? Apparently they aren't....I suppose they are thinking with their other "brains"...their hormones.

P.S. Sounds like they are taking a course in stupidity....
