What Is Reality ?
Have you ever had an epiphany ? Your heart began to race as you saw a glimpse of an eternal world. In that moment you realized that you were omnipresent. What you always thought to be real was merely an illusion you have created yourself to escape from your own self. You have always just been dreaming to take the pain away from yourself. You can eternally create more to this dream than there ever was. You, along with other souls have come to experience reality. We have all created this reality. All of the past and future are only concepts of our creation. We do not get old, we only dream on. We do not starve, we just eat on. We do not dehydrate, we only drink more. All of these are concepts created for our own pleasure or pain. We are the creators of this constantly evolving world. We have forgotten how we ever got here, all we can do is dream on and wish to wake up.

109 views and no comments? Seems odd to me. So, as my paw always use to say, "If ain't nobody else gonna do it, then you do it!" So, here goes. I have had that epiphany actually. I'm seeing things all over the place these days that I thought were real that I'm realizing are just illusions. From my epiphany though I could ask the question, why would I want to escape from my own self? I wouldn't. Unless, of course, the concept of myself that I have is itself another illusion. Which, I dare suggest, is probably the case for most every human on the planet. After all, consider that those who have taught us who we are are living in their own illusionment. But ultimately whatever our reality is we, individually, are responsible. Blaming others is a waste of energy. Better that we spend our time on energy on waking up. Then the question becomes, how exactly.

Wow, great response! I really enjoyed reading that.
I would say that "myself" is in fact an illusion of the egoistical mind and you have formed certain patterns of thought and belief that can support this identity. Of course I'm not saying you're the only one who is guilty of this, because honestly almost everyone has evolved into this illusion.

First off what a great post.
Now, I have often wondered about this. Some people believe that they create their own World but also the rest of the World around them.
Some believe that we will fully evolve to understand our purpose of being. Those that do do not necessarily agree on a time period for this happening.
Some belieVE that a messiah of some kind will show us the way.
What do I believe? I believe I know nothing, I believe all I need to know I may never know but at the same time the most important thing for me is not the answer but the pursuit of it.
If we stop caring about the answer we have no reason to exist. Sadly if we care too much and misunderstand a message that may or may not have been left for us to explore we see that ultimately the Human race as a species is unable to handle or understand any answer. Mass genocide is often a by product of this thought train.
I am what may be termed a spiritual agnostic. I believe in something spiritual but I have no idea what it is and I am certainly not arrogant enough to decide that there is only one way and it is the way that only my people know and anyone who does not agree is an "infidel" or "heretic".
I remember when I first realised my own mortality and it was at quite a young age. I think this had an effect on me and sometimes I get that cold and lonely feeling that I had when I first found out.
I always bounce back and like Morgan Freeman says in The Shawshank Redemption. "Get busy living or get busy dying."
To each their own but live and let live.

What form does the estate tax take in Canada? After one conquers these personal problems, it is time to enter the ongoing negotiation. Unfortunately, most view resource accumulation as the best way to influence said negotiation. Excellent propaganda and oratory are also always good tools.
