| What The Hell Is Going On…

Okay, I don’t know what I do while I’m sleeping but my mattress is always moved. It’s usually about three inches away from the headboard when I wake up. Maybe I’m practicing some type of aerobatics while I’m sleeping or something? I know that I toss & turn somewhat but this is crazy. Maybe I should set up a camera to see what the Hell I do while I’m sleeping. It’s a good thing that I don’t share a bed with anyone cuz I’d probably be beating the crap outta them without even knowing it…hmmm, maybe that’s why I’m still single. Ha! ;)
Speaking of being single, they interviewed this author on the radio today who wrote the book The Panic Years. The panic years is a time when a young lady in her mid to late twenties starts thinking that she is running out of time to get married and have children. It got me thinking, am I in this panic year mode? I don’t think that I am. It typically doesn’t bother me that I’m single until we get to the dreaded company Christmas party. There are a few sporadic times during the rest of the year but I really don’t have the time to really think about it. Don’t get me wrong, being in a relationship would be wonderful but I don’t need one to be happy.
Maybe the only thing that really gets me is the whole having a kid thing. A couple of years ago, I wanted myself a little girl SO bad but now I’m getting to the point where I’m not so sure if kids are right for me. I love kids, don’t get me wrong (sometimes!), but it’s nice to go visit my friends’ kids & then when I’m sick of them I either leave or give them back…can’t really do that with my own.
I also started thinking about my pregnancy scare that I had back in the Fall of this year (not many know about it) & I would have been almost eight months pregnant right now if it wouldn’t have been just a scare. I kinda wonder what my life would have been like. Would the baby’s daddy be up here in Central Wisconsin? It’s just kinda weird to think about that kind of stuff.
Isn’t it kinda funny how I jump from my joke blogs of funny lists to something like this, huh?

Heh I have same thing happen all the time Mandie, mattress move sheets pulled off, hell I even manage to get the quilt out of it's cover.
