Peace & quiet on the work front. StickBoss is on vacation this week. Daisy is in Court this morning. I’ll be leaving at 1:00 to take care of my mom this afternoon. I’m quite close to being caught up on my stack but I do have a ton of files to close out. LadieGodiva, wanna come back here & do that for me?! :)
Well, I got a call from Intern Guy last night. Seems like a really cool guy. We talked for about 45 minutes & for a girl that detests talking on the phone, that means something…I think. We decided that we are gonna get together tomorrow night & watch the Brewer game at a local watering hole. This should be interesting. I told him that I will be sporting my Corey Hart t-shirt. This girl is not gonna dress all up to watch a Brewer game. Plus, if he doesn’t like me in a t-shirt & jeans, then he doesn’t like me cuz that’s the kind of girl I am! Yea! :)
So, now I’m a little nervous cuz I haven’t been on a date in a really long time. Usually, I’m nervous up to the point where we are face-to-face & then I’m fine. However, an Amaretto & Pepsi may be in the plans while getting ready to help ease the nerves…or maybe a Bloody. Hmmm. Choices, choices. Ha!
I believe that will be the extent of this blog…man, I have been pretty boring lately, huh? Maybe someday in the near future I will get some inspiration to write something good. :)
By the way, keep the votes coming for Ryan Braun for the All-Star Game. He is SO close & voting continues until tomorrow at 11:59 p.m. I gotta find me some more email addresses so I can vote some more. I wanna see Ryan in the game! Oh yea!
