Man, I am SO happy that it’s Friday! Not only is it Friday but I should be getting my stimulus check in the mail today. Awhoo hoo! I’m in the money, I’m in the money! Ha! Not really but we can pretend, right? I’m actually gonna pay my 3rd & final property tax installment with it & then I’m gonna go look into getting one of those Nikon Cool Pix cameras. I have a Polaroid right now & I’m not happy with it. Plus, I’m sure if Ashton Kutcher is in the commercials, it has to be a good product, right? :)
So, as much as I love my friend, Kim, she is driving me a little crazy right now. She’s all like “you have to tell Intern Guy that you are interested”. How can I tell him that?! I’m not sure if I am interested…interested as someone to hang out with & watch the Brewers but anything more, I don’t know. & she knows this, so why she’s pushing it, I don’t know. & then my mom is on my case – “you need to give this guy a chance”. Ah, I am, I’m hanging out with him again. If I wasn’t gonna give him a chance, I wouldn’t have contacted him again. Gee whiz! Life was easier before Intern Guy entered the picture. Now that there is a slight glimmer of hope that I could possibly have a boy, everyone but me is losing their frickin’ minds. Maybe I should ask someone to use me as a speedbump.
This weekend should be an easy breezy one…at least I hope so. The only real plans I have aren’t until Sunday & that’s when a family friend comes into town & we are doing the whole cookout/fire thing. I actually took Monday off to enjoy some additional time with her. I think it is a well deserved day off cuz I sure do need one. Pretty much everyone but Robyn & Brenda are pissing me off at work. Everytime anyone but one of those two approaches, I want to throw my dictating machine, two hole punch & thingie that holds my paper clips at them. I am WAY to cranky to be working, that’s for damn sure.
I am, however, hopeful that I can get my brother & we can complete a couple more projects around the dwelling. My yard needs mowing SO bad. I am in fear that the lion or other jungle animals are residing there cuz it’s that bad. Eeek! I bet Tweed the Rabbit is loving it cuz he/she can hide among “the jungle”.
Even though both StickBoss & Daisy are gone this morning, I should get some stuff done. Yuck! I hope that yall have a great weekend! Can’t wait to read all about your adventures on Tuesday.

Sounds like a fun weekend! Lucky, 3 days! I wish I could have Mondays off. Have fun for me too.
PS If Ashton Kutcher is selling it, you know its GOOD. (I think)

Mandie! I think you might be correct that we have similar dating "issues" as I am contantly being told to "give the guy a chance" Hmmm, I think three dates is a chance!! Is your friend Kim married or in a serious relationship by any chance? I only ask because I find that "attached" women are more likely to push you to go for something that you might not be interested in pursuing. Don't sell yourself short, Mandie. No settling for either of us!
