…oh wait, I don’t wanna do that cuz then I’ll take all these “wonderful” co-workers with me & they will annoy me in the afterlife! Grrr!
Daisy is annoying me like you wouldn’t believe. He never does anything the way he is supposed to, he just goes & then argues with me when I question what he is doing. “I know for a fact that two of the partners do it this way…you may want to do the same.” I am so sick of babysitting him that I could just scream! I’m not to the point where I can say that I’m too busy to work for him & StickBoss but I’m close to saying that I can’t do his stuff anymore cuz I will kill him with my ChapStick & Watermelon Jolly Rancher. A deadly combination.
I am actually seriously considering applying for a job at the local Clerk of Court office. I kinda feel that I have gotten all I can from my job now. I don’t enjoy coming in as much as I used to, I feel like I’m cranky all the time & I would rather just be left alone with my work. I like StickBoss a lot & she has done a lot for me but I just wanna explore other options right now.
I talked with some of my friends that work at a different Clerk of Court office & they gave me many pros & cons of working there. Much of the cons, I wasn’t too worried about. I also emailed the girl who’s position I would be applying for (I know her outside of work) to get her take on it. She is moving to a position in the Social Services department.
So many things to think about. I’m gonna go get my resume updated tonight. I just emailed Mama Lu to get some more info & asked if I could use her as a reference. Hey, LadieGodiva, can I use you as well?

I feel the same. I am sick of being cranky and that's all I seem to be these days, especially during and right after work. Not to mention it has made me increase my wine consumption! It seems like the new job would be good...right? And sometimes where you are just isn't meant to be? Who knows. I suck at advice. I want a new job, too. I just hate looking for them, so at least you have a plan... Good Luck!
