Nobody deserves to be spoken to like that at all! You should file a complaint otherwise he is going to think that he can get away with talking to others like that - not cool!

Labs can be great dogs...in about three years. My Casey was a Lab & he was the sweetest thing in the world but he crapped all over the place & chewed up things he was not supposed to...
