have a real nervous breakdown, express how you feel, if it hurts, tell them how and why it hurts and tell the Truth with the strength you feel it. Sometimes, just sometimes this works.

and then sometimes they think "over reacting freak" which i suppose just gives you more ammunition.

im still apparently letting people walk all over me though, so i suppose also im not a good person to say this =)
