 What's Wrong With Me?
Can't sleep during the night lately, what's wrong with me?

Only want to go to sleep during the day time, during the class.

But can't fall asleep during the night---when I suppose to go to sleep. I tried, really, I tried very hard to go to sleep, I drink milk, I think about nice things, I count sheep........

I'm afraid to be aweak during night, because the night seems so long to me, and so lonely. Everybody went to sleep, too silent, to quiet.....

I'm the only one who is aweak, who is face the fear, who is lonely.....

I'm tired, really, I'm very tired everyday, but I can't sleep.

Just lying there, trying hard to go to sleep. Why it's so hard for me? It's so hard for me even to go to sleep, to rest.

Somebody said because I have too many things on my mind. Yes, that can be it.

Somebody said I didn't trying hard enough. Then,I don't want to.

What's wrong with me?

I know how you feel. I can lay awake for hours something and I hate being the only one up during the night. It seems to me that as soon as the day comes everything that haunted you during the night just disappears. A suggestion if you can't sleep what I do is a either listen to really soothing music like Norah Jones (if you like her) or someone who has a really light voice. Otherwise maybe a book on tape it can help you think about happier things before bed. I hope this helped a bit. Good luck. If you have time come check out some of my writing.

I have trouble sleeping too-- try an over the counter sleeping pill to get you on a regular schedule, then try staying with the schedule and weaning off the pill.

Your body will need sleep sometime.
Have you tried Camomille tea, or warm milk with a bit of honey or vanilla?

Maybe altering the room you sleep in might help. How dark is the room? What temperature is the room? Soothing scents may help relax you. What noises are present? Possibly a white noise machine to filter household noises. If you have a television in your room..shut it off. The quieter, darker, and cooler your room is the better.
Try a lavender sachet under your pillow. And invest in a set of high thread count sheets. These are some external things you can do. Internal will mean you have to delve into what is stressing you out during the day and possibly affecting your night's sleep. Hope these tips help..If all else fails..Replacing your mattress might be warranted.
