		I spend too much time inside my mind. And, when I speak my mind, many times it does more harm than good. Which is a shame. I aim to turn that fraction around.

		A tad of both. I get lost in my thoughts and imagine different outcomes of situations presented to me, but I also have this problem of blurting out what I'm thinking.
