You are all my heart thinks about.
My day brightens with every word you say.
The sound of your voice puts all at ease.
Your sweetness is such a cool breeze.
Your smile makes my heart flutter.
You make me smile and laugh even in the worse of moods.
You capture my attention and I forget everything.
I stay up all night and I am rewarded with your presence.
Seeing you move makes my world come to a stop.
Your comments make my stomach go flip-flop.
I don’t want to be falling this hard.
I try and try in vain to pull back.
When it comes to you my strength is a weakness.
To look up into your eyes is a dream.
One that may never come true.
Yet, it may.
I try not to avoid hope.
Yet it is around me like a pouring rain.
You make me smile.
Just when it all seems it couldn’t get any better.
Things turn upside down.
You disappear.
Just when I thought I was on top of the world.
I find myself at rock bottom.
Once again my heart is in pain.
I just wish it would learn to never fall.
A brick wall I wish I could be.
A wave crashing onto shore I remain.
No matter the pain.
I still talk to you as nothing has changed.
Inside, I just want to run.
Thanks for the memories.
They are all I have.
They will never change.
They will always be there.
As much as I hate to admit
