| My Life is (Not Really) a Lie. |
I'm tall. For most girls, I'm above average height. Not as tall as my six foot friend, but I'm close.
I was standing next to my short mom and sister in church the other day. I looked over at them out of the corner of my eye and I noticed how much taller I am.
I thought I might be giants.
Then suddenly, this thought struck me: What if...I had elephantiasis! And no one told me! They were just letting me believe that I was a normal sized, albeit tall human girl.
Everyone would be in on it for my life to be a complete and utter lie! Well I mean not everyone. Just my friends and family.
'Cause who goes up to a girl in say the middle of high school to tell her gossip about herself.
"Hey, so...heard you had elephantiasis."
Right. It would be glaringly obvious to everyone...except me. So why tell someone what's obvious?
It would be this huge canspiracy to protect me from social crisis! I would have elephantiasis without knowing.
You see what happens when I go to church and am half asleep?
