Today is a down day. I don't want to do much, or think much! LOL I am trying so hard to lose weight. No matter what I do, nothing seems to work. I walk on my treadmill every morning, do some crunches, stretch some, which is getting harder, but I still am not losing much. You would think after a month, I would lose some weight. If I had the money, I would sign up for a personal trainer. Or maybe if I had an 'exercise buddy' it would make me do more. Nah, forget that! LOL I can understand how people get frustrated doing everything on their own. Sure I see some of my clothes fitting different but getting on the scale doesn't show anything. Dang, I just wanted to look really good when I go to my reunion. I don't eat a lot the way it is. I can't stop eating all together, that isn't healthy. I mean looking good for the reunion is one thing, but I want to stay on the right track even after the reunion. Like I said, this is a down day!
