It begins: An introduction.

I'm a 20-something intermittent internet addict. I like to think of myself as a positive, happy person with equal parts of pragmatism, whimsy, sarcasm and quirkiness, finished off with a healthy dose of idealism. I do my best to be adventurous and I always learn something new from everything I experience along the way.

If wishes were reality I would be a citizen of the world; slip on those ruby slippers, click my heels and off on a whirlwind.

I admire all the good that human nature has to offer; its character, courage, integrity, courtesy, beauty, imagination and the like. I'll willingly sort through some of the bad to get to it, and believe in leaving a little bit of kindness wherever I go.

I am the owner of a neurotic dog and a sadistic cat with some serious "little man syndrome" issues.

I'm reasonably new to the phenomenon that is blogging, and still learning. Maybe I will learn something of myself along the way.
