aww BernASlut. It's hard to just change who you are. Just keep and open mind and try to stay conscious on how you feel.
I'm really defensive by nauture. I hated being that way, and I try not to... but like you said you just have to learn to idenify your feelings. KNow that if someone cares about you, they're probably not trying to offend you but open you.
Maybe one day I'll try to chizzle that wall again... it's hard when your on the other side cementing it again. ILU<3

I love the Office. We now have all of the seasons in boxset. I also have the second season on my ipod incase I get to bored at work. I got my boyfriends a "thats what she said" and a " Shrutes Farm Beets" shirts and my roommate a shirt of Dwight's molestor flyer. It's awesome. hahah. I like you more and more by the day :0)

Hahah after reading your blog for the last week and seeing how you have to keep gaurd of the tree, last night we were decorating mine and I wouldn't let anyone put lights or balls towards the bottom of the tree because of the animals. It looks kinda funny but definatly works.

I feel for you. I often feel so unbeliveably lonely even in a room full of people. I haven't cut in almost a year. Someone once told me that maybe I should seek help from a professional. Though I thought about it over and over, I never did see anyone. Maybe if things start to get to hard for you to handle on your own you'll seek help. I could be good to have someone to talk to that doesn't know you, someone that actually will listen instead of just talking to make you feel better. I hope you get past this and start feeling better soon. <3

Sometimes people need to hit rock bottom to realize they have a problem. At least thats what eventually worked for my sister. When she had no one else to steal or borrow from she finally realized she was LOW. It killed to stop talking to her... but whats more importaint family or those damn pills... at the time it was the pills and that killed. I guess since I'm not an addicit I don't fully understand, but it seemed like an easy choice for me.. but it was never my choice to make.
