Ok, so last week on Monday the 17th I started my new six pack abs 16 week workout transformation.
Thanks to the awesomeness of Arnel Ricafranca at www.iwantsixpackabs.com
This is a complete diet/lifestyle/and motivational change for me and I'm attacking my beer gut with full force. All photos will always be taken in a relaxed state no flexing... until I finish week 16 that is ;)
So I will be posting photos every week to show my progression. So far I have the "pre week 1 photos" and the "pre week 2 photos" posted.
Today Monday September 24th I start week 2 and I'm already looking forward to it.
I lost 4 lbs in my first week(no lie), which for me was amazing.
His workout works!! And it feels great to be getting back in shape.

Hey, I just started my program today after reading about it for a couple of days. I'm doing the same deal as you, except not posting it. Ill share my results with you as I am only one week behind you. Hopefully this works. I was wondering what your starting statistics were?
