| Before I Die: part 2 |
Adam made us make some stupid lists ages ago, before he died, they were lists of things we wanted to do before we died. He wanted to try and cross all the things off both our lists in a year but we didn't manage it.
Here's the list of the things we did do:
1) go to New York and see the statue of liberty.
5) want at least 100 people to know my name and be able to say something good about me.
7) will teach Adam how to speak Lint so he can talk to me and my brothers properly.
8) want to see Adam smile the way he did when he first met me, before he knew he had cancer.
9) want to feel beautiful.
11) will control my Anger Management Issues.
12) will stop drinking so much alcohol.
14) will grow flowers in the garden so that everything looks more colourful.
15) will dance in circles with Adam around the house until we're too dissy to stand.
16) will sing that song in Lint to Adam and know he understands.
17) want everyone to understand that just because Adam's ill he still might not die.
18) hope he knows the sound of my heartbeat and the way it changes when I think of him.
22) want to squeeze his hand just one more time and have him squeez back.
23) want to hold him and feel the warmth of his body.
24) want to kiss him like we used to kiss before he got to ill.
25) want him to it's OK to talk about Lewis.
26) want him to feel like he can talk about anything to me.
27) want to say goodbye properly.
1) want to get back together with the woman I love with all my heart.
2) want to cross three things off in one week.
3) want my girlfriend and mother both at my side after a procedure.
4) want to try drugs just once.
7) want to hold her and love her.
8) want to be treated normally again.
9) want to hold her in the darkness so we can bothe feel safe.
10) want the nights.
11) want to stop worrying all the time.
20) want to be looking into her beautiful brown eyes as I die.
And here are the ones we never quite acheived:
2) want to bungee jump off the top of Big Ben.
3) want to see The Specials Live.
4) want to see Madness live.
6) want to die before Adam does.
10) want to go to Paris and walk hand in hand with the boy I love so much that I'm writing this list to make him happy.
13) want to make a giant sculpture and have it displayed in the town centre.
19) want to spend a night in a tent in the middle of a rain forest with only him for company.
20) BEFORE I DIE I WANT TO LIVE A HAPPY AND LONG LIFE WITH ADAM!!!
21) BEFORE I DIE I DON'T WANT ADAM TO DIE FROM HIS CANCER!!!
28) want to hold him as we die, as old people in a retirement home.
5) want my mum to allow me to ride the motorbike that used to be my brothers.
6) want to go to South America.
12) want to crash a college party and steal all their beer.
13) want to get my mum out of the house.
14) want to make it to uni.
15) want to marry the girl I truly do love with all my heart so that she can be mine forever.
16) want to honeymoon in Jamaica, it will make her happy and therefore me too.
17) want children, 2 girls and a boy, Stephanie, Rachel and Richard.
18) want to grow old with her.
19) want to live to see our grandchildren.
21) don't want to die young
The pink ones are all from my list and the blue ones are from his. I'm going to finish as many as I can, correction we are because he is going to be in my heart the whole time! Wish me luck!
