| Delta sucks ...bad management continues

Several weeks ago,. I went to San Antonio...upon returning I was informed that my second bag would cost an extra $25.I stated that the rule was not in effect when I bought my ticket 6 weeks ago nor when I began my trip 10 days ago.
The agent said it applied to everyone traveling after Monday, 5/11. So what did I want to do.
I repacked my bags and carried thru security one more bag, which because I was on a CRT, I checked as carry on too small to take on board. No charge.
So, if you wonder how these airlines can lose money when they take your money 6 weeks in advance, treat you like crap, kinda of promise to get you where you are going (within 3 days), give you nothing to eat, ask you to use a bathroom that a prison wouldn't use, and lose your luggage, and still lose millions every month, you can plainly see that that their leadership must be Bozo the Clown and his followers. (I don't want to insult Bozo, so apologies to him, although I think he is now dead).
These guys must be really stupid...and greedy. They mismanage an airline serving millions.,employing thousands, and force it into bankruptcy, they get bonuses for bringing it out, after cheating their stockholders, and then impose a no notice fee on their customers.Just drive the customers away as fast as you can.
They are such idiots.!! Can't they figure out the basics that people on a CRJ are going togate check the extra luggage? Are they that stupid??
Apparently.
