I would get them on airplanes,particularly if I had to run to catch one. Then I would get them just thinking about flying...and I fly a lot...every week. Over the years I have figured that if I stay a way from chocolate, and run, They would be minimal.
In times of stress, I would just run more.One year when my company had no idea if they would survive and eventually got sold to another company...I ran a marathon.
I also began to write my thoughts on paper to God, just a conversation where I poured out my fears on paper and just offered them up to God to take care of them.
