Diet Blog- Day # 1
Ok, So im on this Diet, called the Quick Weight Loss Program, Where basically, you eat ONLY 2 eggs and a orange for Breakfast for the first 3 days of the diet, and you can have unlimited salad and Beef, and you HAVE to have 8 8oz glasses of water EVERYDAY, the water in the main key to the diet, because it cleans out your system, and its better to overeat on the salad and HOME cooked beef patties for the first three days, but then the 4th day, you have to measure out EVERYTHING, it has to be 1 pound of chicken for Lunch and dinner, you must eat 3 times a day, and you can only have Green Vegitables for the first 3 days, and the 4th day, you can have a variety of vegitables, but only a cup of it, and you shouldnt cheat yourself and make it more, it doesnt work, and for the first 3 days, your salad dressing MUST be light italian, non creamy, non zesty, plain Italian dressing, and the 4th day, you can only have 2 table spoons , it can be ranch, anything OTHER than the Italian, per salad, and again, you shouldnt cheat yourself, because it doesnt work, and the beef CANNOT have ANYTHING seasoning to it until the 4th day and beyond, and you CANNOT have ANYTHING else except whats on the menu of the diet, there are exeptions, such as tuna and other meats after the 3rd day, but im not exactly sure what the exeptions are, my mother lost 100+ pounds, so i know it works! you can loose up to like 10-15 pounds in a weeks, and then aftre the prep,[which is the first 3 days] you can loose a pound everyday! add that up! thats crazy, you can loose up to 7 pounds in 5 days, its a GREAT diet, i did it when i was like 14, and then i lost like 20 pounds! but you know,if you eat anything else besides the specific foods, then its considered cheating, and youve screwed up the whole diet! Im not recommending this diet to anyone, only because of the fact is that i dont know all the reguards to it, and all the right foods, you should look it up, and find out about it, and call your local Quick Weight loss Center, and have a consultation, to see whats right for you.

Its been easy so far, i have gotten in 2 8oz glasses, after my breakfast, which was eggs, and i was supposed to have an orange this morning, but we didnt have one, I can have it later today, but its a dire need that i get that orange in! LOL, and i should finish my water, so far, i havent cheated, i dont plan on it either, but I am quite hungry right now, and its kinda hard, being that i LOVE fried foods, such as cheezy potatoes, and french fries, its hard, but only I know that I am ready for it, and you have to have the Mental readiness to keep going, only you know if you are TRUELY ready, because if you arent, then you will end up cheating on it anyways, but I have just been tired of being unattractive, and family making fun of my weight, and going out, and having people say that you are obese to your face, and you dont even know them, it sucks, and its sad to me, I had NEVER felt so bad about myself this past weekend, but now "I" KNOW that i am ready to become a different person, for a better me tomorrow! But like i said, i will keep you updated everyday to see how my life changes, and show you that diets TRUELY do work,
And ofcourse, there must be exercise, and enought to where you actually sweat, i hate sweating, but i have to get through it, and my food and water should all be in no later than 8pm, if not, my whole diet was messed up, but im hungry, im like an hour away from eating my salad!! :]
