Ok, so this diet thing is going good, but right now, im super hungry, and thank god i brought my tuna sandwich, you are allowed to have Tuna once a week, but IF you decide to eat tuna, you have to eat the whole six ounces, and you can add a table spoon of mayonaise! and it counts as one of your meat portions, and its a good thing for me, cuz i LOVE tuna!! and so since im having it today, i cant have it for another week, so next tuesday if i want it, i can have tuna again in exactly a week, BUT you dont have to it if you dont want to, its all good for me! i just have to eat my salad as soon as i get home! In only 9 days, i have lost a total of 12 pounds, proudly displaying that i am now 228, at the height of 5'11!! i used to be 260 about a year ago, : /
not too good huh? But yea, come around early August, i will have lost about as much as i want, you are supposed to loose about 5-7 pounds a week, and its not going that way, i have lost 2 pounds 2 days, so basically you loose a pound a day, actually, it is going the way i planned it, and all i have to do now, is work out when i get home, I want to get going, and get to the end of the day, i cant wait till im at my happiest! I have like 20 minutes before i can eat, and my stomach is growling so bad!! But these past few days, its like it crosses my mind that i want to eat something NOT on my diet, BUT, i know that its for the better, and all this diet needs is time, and i will loose about as much as 50 pounds, i cant wait for that success! then i will be happy, i was looking at my body, and my shirt fit better, it wasnt showing my fat rolls AS much! its still there, and i was touching my stomach area, and thinking IF i had no fart there, and it was just the way it should be, then i would be pretty damn hot, because i would have this curving thing going on, right now, its lumpy, and i proudly say this, but not AS lumpy as it was, i mean they ARE still there, but not as big, you know what I am saying? I had to eat my food a bit after 8pm, but i had gotten in my water, and thats what was my main point, i added 2 cups AFTER my bread portion, and chicken, so it would clean that out too! and i KNOW that my cherrios were cleaned out from this morning, because im super hungry, only because i have had more water this morning than i usually do, i havent had this amount of water in the afternoon while im here at school since i started this diet, so its cleaning my system out, and now im hungry! 15 minutes away from yummy tuna! and a RED apple, NO green apples, and with my dinner, i can have 10 green grapes, which isnt alot, but hey, im willing to go through that for a change of fruit, yesterday we had cantaloupe, and you are allowed a quarter of a cantaloupe, which is good, you can have raspberriesa, and my dad didnt want to get it, so we havnt had raspberries yet! I know i will loose weight if i keep going with this diet, so i have planned to yes, keep going, and all this diet needs is a few months, and you'll be looking great! so i will look good for when my baby comes back in August! well, day 10 is tomorrow, and i cant wait to keep it going!
