Gaile, Leon's girlfriend, said that she loves to eat overnight rice. She said it tastes better when left overnight.  All she has to do is to add some freshly-cooked vege and it became a chap-suey dish. 

When told that Leon is pretty particular on his food, Gaile said he doesn't seem to have a choice if she is cooking.  She said he could always add some food if he likes but she commended Leon that he is really easy going and if she is cooking, he really doesn't mind the overnight leftovers.  Poor Leon!
