About Me
About Me
Hi, my name is Dan.  I'm 23 years old and I live in England.  I'm a professional martial arts instructor with the Tae Kwon Do Association of Great Britain (TAGB), Europe's largest martial art association.  I began my training at the age of four, and to this day I still practice for at least two hours every day.  I have a major interest in the study of human physiology and how it applies to martial arts training, particularly the area of stretching and flexibility.  My other interests include horse riding, archery, fencing, ice skating and paintball shooting.  I am married, but with no children.  My wife is a qualified graphic designer who is a Tae Kwon Do practitioner, too.  We both share a love for this superb martial art.  My goal is to pass on my knowledge to as many people as possible before I leave this world, because I believe that leaving a legacy for future generations is the greatest gift one can give.

Ninjanann > Lionheart (AWOL) sucked! Just kidding. It's a great movie, just not as great (in my opion) as all the above! CavedogRob > cheers mate! (posted in Top Ten Martial Arts Movies)
The stretch will hit the inner thighs of both legs, regardless of which foot you push with. It is easier to increase the stretch if you push with the foot of your "dominant" side, which is usually the same side as the hand you write with. However, pushing with either foot will produce equal gains. Through trial and error you will discover little "tricks" that help you along the way, such as titling the pelvis more to the ground, flexing your toes, etc. Good luck. It takes strength to open yourself up to the world after going through so much. An open heart is easy to break and hard to mend, but you seem to be pulling through. I sincerely wish the very best for you and your mother, I really do. (posted in fighting)
