Entry number two . Thinking about the election in November . So much apathy amongst folks I know . I guess the two parties are similar in many respects . I want to believe in the democratic process . Even if it is flawed . To say 'oh the system doesn't deliver so I don't support it ' is a cop out ! Who is ready for a world with no rights , no vote . Can you shoot a gun ! Ready to beat a man to death to defend your patch ? That is the world we could have without democracy . As a person of very limited finances and no social clout I see voting as my chance to be part of something bigger .
