a few lines about me and why i'm here....
my name is Kelli. I'm 36 years old (ugh) and i'm in college studying to be a paralegal. paralegal is just 1 step up the rung of the ladder for me though - eventually i'd like to go on to become a full fledge attorney. i'm not sure what area of law i want to specialize in but i'm leaning towards family law.
i have 4 absolutely gorgeous children who are my sole reason for not giving up and giving in to all the crap i've been through and am going through. they're just too worth it
the reason i'm here is because i have a lot to say about a lot of things and only a few of my friends and family members can tolerate my 'shoot straight from the hip' approach at life. i'm one that tends to call it as she sees it and speaks honestly about things. a lot of people apparantly can't handle the truth because i've stepped on a lot of toes and hurt a lot of feelings and push a lot of people away by being so honest and straight forward. so i'm hiding out here lol
i live by the philosophy that life is hard and whoever told you it wasn't lied. it sucks at times but you gotta over come and get through it. fight for what you feel and believe in and never back down from that. and never ever let anyone tell you that you're not good enough - we all are put on this earth for a purpose and a reason - some i honestly believe are put here just to be stumbling blocks that others have to learn to overcome so they succeed in life.
i love a good debate but am not afraid to admit when i'm wrong. i don't like being wrong but i can admit to it lol
i love pizza, i love pepsi, i love chili (even if it does give me gas), i love kids (mine are annoying but others are great lol), i love animals, i love nature, i love my eyes, i love taco bell, i love to read, i love music, i love to say 'cuz i'm the parent and i said so', i love my children more than anything, i love my truck, i love money, i love the law even if i don't agree with it at times, i love to watch tv, i love to talk on the phone, i love that i'm adopted, i love burning candles, i love the smell of lavander dryer sheets, i love attention but i also love being alone, i have been in love with someone for at least 4 years and never ever so much as held his hand, i hate irony, i hate bills, i hate my local news stations, i hate the smell of dog poop (and i own a dog), i hate whining, i hate the guy i live with, i hate pt cruisers (they're ugly), i hate roaches, i hate broccoli, i hate asparagus, i love mashed potatos and gravy, i love my attitude problem ... etc.

hey im melissa, im 24 and last year graduatedd from my paralegal course, with an 88%, i wanted to be a lawyer from age 12, but dont have the money to do it.
