I've heard closing your mouth and only breathing through your nose while you slice them helps, or lighting a match......hmmmm, haven't tried either! Hope dinner was yummy, and worth the tears! :)

I agree with all the above comments. You need to protect your heart, so some head space may just be what you need now.....for a brighter future, whether that be with Bri or another very lucky man. Good luck :)
